Koro Chawa also know as Tea-Talk of Old is a piece of literature where was can find mention of Kashin Koji where in 1612 he is said to have met with Tokugawa Ieyasu who asks him his age, to which he replies he is 88. This is useful as other sources beleive he was assassinated in 1584.¹
