Kibi no Takehiko

Kibi no Takehiko (吉備 武彦) is said to have been the father of Kibi no Anato no Takehime.1

He was later the companion of Yamato Takeru who accompanied him against the Emishi alongside Takehi no Muraji and Nanatsukahagi. During this time, Kibi was at one point sent off on his own to assess the character of the people in the area later meeting up again with Yamato Takeru.

After the death of Yamato Takeru he is sent to Emperor Keikō to make a report of the exploits of Yamato Takeru.2
