Emperor Seinei
Emperor Seinei (清寧天皇) is the twenty-second Emperor of Japan. His hair was apparently white from birth and he had a dislike for dogs, horses and ‘playthings.’ By decree, people were forbidden from offering such things to him.
After his death, the succession was problematic due to his father’s murderous rampage to secure his own accession. However, two grandsons of Emperor Richu were discovered.1
