Akamatsu Yoshinori

Akamatsu Yoshinori (赤松 義則) was a member of the Akamatsu Family living from 1358-1427.

He was the father of Akamatsu Mitsusuke and served as a minister under Ashikaga Yoshimitsu.

He became a monk later in life under the name of Shōshō and was a man of small stature which gained him the nickname of sanshaku nyūdo (the three foot high monk).1
