Yomotsukotosakanoo

Yomotsukotosakanoo is a Shinto deity mentioned within an alternative text of the Nihongi. It states that this Spirit came into being after Izanagi and Izanami departed and divorced each other in Yomi.

Izanagi ‘purifies himself’ which produces the Spirit Yomotsukotosakanoo, this is immediately after he has spat upon the ground giving birth the Spirit Hayatamanoo.1
