Kuwashi Hime

Kuwashi Hime (細媛命) was the Empress of Emperor Kōrei. This name for her is given in the Kojiki.12 In the Nihongi she is given the name Hosohime.3

She is said to have been made Empress in the “2nd year, Spring, 2nd month, 11th day” of her husbands reign.3

Her father is listed as the Shiki no Agatanushi of Omi in the nihongi3 and as Ohomo, ancestor of the Departmental Lords of Tohochi in the kojiki.24

Later she was given the title of Kodaigo by her son in the 1st year, Spring, 1st month, 14th day of his reign.3
