Fujiwara no Otomuro

Fujiwara no Otomuro (藤原 乙牟漏) was a member of the Fujiwara Clan, more specifically the Shikike Branch of this clan, living from 760-790.

She was the daughter of Fujiwara no Yoshitsugu and would go on to marry Emperor Kanmu. Together they would have the future Emperors Heizei and Saga.¹
