Fujiwara no Otsugu
Fujiwara no Otsugu (藤原 緒嗣) was a member of the Fujiwara Clan, more specifically the Shikike Branch of this clan.
Living from 773-843 he was the son of Fujiwara no Momokawa holding the position of Udajin in 825 and Sadaijin in 832 under the Emperors Saga, Junna and Nimmyō.
He compiled the 40 volume work known as the Nihon kōki.1
