Takehikatawake

Takehikatawake (建日方別 – Lord Sunward Brave) was the kami which inhabited the island of Kibi no Ko, according to the kojiki, nothing more is mentioned of him.1

The nihongi does not give a name to this kami, simply stating:

Izanami and Izanagi then produced the sea, the rivers, and then the mountains, after the Great Land of Eightfold Isles.2
