Naniwa

Naniwa (難波京) was an Ancient Capital of Japan. It is stated the Emperor Nintoku had a Palace here, which was repaired after a three-year period when he lessened the taxes of his people causing his Palace to fall into disrepair.1

It later became the city of Osaka.
