Oketsuhime can refer to two people with the same name.

Oketsuhime

Oketsuhime (意祁都比売命) was the concubine of Emperor Kaika with whom she had a son by the name of Hikoimasu.123

She is said to have been the daughter of Hikokunioketsu and older sister to a woman by the same name.23

The younger sister with the same name married her sisters son (Hikoimasu) and togrther they had three children named Yamashiro no Oho Tsutsuki no Mawaka, Hioosu and Irine.23
