Itsunoohabari

Itsunoohabari (伊都之尾羽張 – Stern Sweeping Blade) also Amenoohabari (天之尾羽張神 – Sweeping blade of Heaven) is the ‘ten span sword’ owned by the Shinto kami Izanagi. He uses the blade to behead his child Kagutsuchi, after he caused the death of his mother Izanami during child birth by burning her.

The sword may have been fan shaped to some degree as the swords name could also be rendered Tail Feathers Spread.¹
