Bōsō Manroku
The Bōsō Manroku (茅窓漫録, The Musings of Bōsō) is a 1833 book written by Chihara Kyosai under the pen name of Bōsō.
The book contains a description of the Yōkai Spirit known as the Kasha, describing a typical encounter with the creature during a funeral.1
